Summary: From the begiinning with Valet Staff to Front Desk staff on check in and check out and night shift Front Desk staff to Housekeeping staff to service attendants at our continental breakfast; This was and exceptional stay with exceptional customer service with a smile and our room exceeded our expectations. We even received exceptional service before arriving on the phone by Carlos at the Front Desk when we arrived. This was a excellent hotel stay for me and my family. Our room suite met every need and comforts.

Summary: We stayed here for a cheer competition and it was very easy to walk to the Star each day. The bar area was excellent and the staff was amazing. Will stay here again!
